I was very fortunate to be referred to John through a friend when looking to sell my East Fremantle house. John was very prompt in visiting, doing an inspection and gave me a very realistic price guide. In the lead up to the house going to market, John was very helpful, even able to recommend trades to help get the house in the best condition possible. Through the sale process, John kept me up to date and was always available. After the sale, John continued to assist right up to settlement and even beyond. I am very glad I chose John as the Agent to sell my house and would recommend him without hesitation to anyone thinking of selling.

Have known John for a long time ( approximately 20 years). This was the first time we had cause to use his services. Very pleased with John's efforts. He liaised very well with the tenant( which was most important). The property sold following the first viewing. Very happy with the price. John kept us up to date throughout the process ( albeit a short time). Very pleasantly surprised to find out (after we had signed up), that following the sale, he donates to a charity ( of our choice).
